Prasat Snung - Battambang
Prasat Snung, Battambang is a popular tourist destination in the city that is visited by both religious and regular travelers. The pagoda style temple is housed within the pagoda complex on the hill top location, offering a panoramic view of the city and the surrounding area.
The Ba Nan District is about 22 kilometers from the city of Battamnbang. The temple features three stupas separately located from each other. The stupas are made of brick and the structure resembles other temples of the 12th Century. At the entrance of the temple one can find the beautifully decorated gate that also resembles the architectural style of 12th Century.
